Africa wan give light to 300 million houses by 2030: Leaders gather for Energy Meeting for Tanzania

For di Africa Energy Summit wey happen for Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, di plan na to connect 300 million Africans to electricity by 2030. Dis big target dey under one plan wey dem dey call Mission 300. Di African Development Bank and di World Bank dey lead di project. Dem wan use new technology and better ways to find money for di project. Right now, about 600 million people for Africa no get electricity, and dis thing dey affect work and di growth of di continent.  

Leaders wey dey for di summit, like Dr. Akinwumi Adesina from di African Development Bank, talk say everybody need to join hand to make di plan work. Dis one include governments, businesses, and different organizations. Dem no want make dis summit be only talk-talk, but action wey go bring better results. Dr. Adesina still talk about di danger of using firewood and charcoal for cooking, wey dey spoil people health and destroy di environment. E praise Tanzania for di work wey dem dey do to solve dis problem.  

Di World Bank and other groups promise to support with money and other help. Dem also talk say private companies go need better conditions to join di work, like fair rules and stable money system.  

Di summit end with one plan wey dem go call di Dar es Salaam Energy Declaration and National Energy Compacts. Dis plan go set target for each country to bring light come give more people. Di plan go help Africa grow and give people better life.
