28 people die in Ondo road accident

A terrible accident happened on the Ore-Lagos highway in Ondo State, where 28 passengers were burned to death after two vehicles crashed into each other on Saturday evening. The crash happened because of speeding and breaking traffic rules. Only two people survived and are being treated in the hospital. The bodies of those who died have been taken to a hospital in Ore.  

The commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Samuel Ibitoye, said drivers must be more careful and drive safely. He also advised passengers to speak up if their driver is driving recklessly. He explained that drivers are responsible for taking passengers safely to their destinations, not putting their lives in danger.  

The FRSC said they will investigate the accident further. They also reminded everyone to follow road safety rules to avoid such tragedies. By being patient and driving responsibly, drivers can help save lives and prevent accidents. Passengers are also encouraged to report dangerous driving to road safety officers.
